Sykes Family Farms is following CDC guidelines to make our outdoor venue as safe as possible.However, with your ticket purchase, you acknowledge an inherent risk of exposure to COVID 19 which exist in a any public place where people are gathered. As such, ticket purchasers waive all claims against Sykes Family Farms in the event of COVID 19 infection.
-I acknowledge that If I'm attending this event I must be accompanied by an ADULT AT ALL TIMES! If a minor tries to enter without an adult the adult will be called to pick up the minor and NO refund will be given
-All ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

I understand that participating in activities at an agritourism event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, those associated with agricultural activities, interaction with animals, uneven terrain, and exposure to natural elements. I acknowledge that these risks cannot be eliminated entirely, and I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in these activities.
