_Photography Consent Clause
I understand that photographs and/or video may be taken during my visit to Sykes Family Farm. I hereby grant Sykes Family Farm and its representatives the right to take photographs and/or video of me and my party, and to use these images for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes in print and digital media. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use to which it may be applied. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images
Minors Clause
If the participant is a minor (under 18 years of age), I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named below. I consent to the minor’s participation in agritourism activities at Sykes Family Farm and agree to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sykes Family Farm from any claims brought on behalf of the minor.
